Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Intelligence/GSOC operations analyst to support a 24/7/365 security operations center in Colorado Springs. Onsite shiftwork including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the GSOC.

You will monitor global events, assess incidents, and communicate risks to clients and internal teams while maintaining precise incident reporting and collaboration with security professionals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in intelligence, security operations, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and information‑gathering skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of global news, current events, and geopolitical developments.
• Excellent written, verbal, documentation, and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with geographic mapping/GIS tools.
• Familiarity with security and incident monitoring tools preferred.
• International travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24/7/365 GSOC, monitoring global events, alerts, and emerging security threats.
• Assess and prioritize incidents to determine potential impact to people, operations, and assets.
• Monitor intelligence and global news to identify emerging risks.
• Manage and escalate incidents in accordance with best practices and client-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, briefings, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation and effective handoffs across 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to support timely and effective incident response.
