In this role, you will coordinate with GSOC, manage vendors, design field security programs, and drive SOP rollouts while aligning with global security policies. A strong focus on communication and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressively responsible security experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles.
• Experience in security operations and vendor management.
• Relevant incident management, crisis leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity to engage internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance of guard force and reception vendor performance.
• Ensure training compliance and documentation integrity.
• Align operations with global security policies.
• Coordinate with Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for real-time monitoring, rapid response, and escalation management.
• Conduct Physical Security Site Assessments for facilities under scope and assist with regional assessments.
• Support on-site events with recommended security practices.
• Support Regional Director in vendor management and contract compliance.
• Design and implement field security programs and lead SOP rollouts.
• Track KPIs and deliverables; work with Global Security Intelligence on opportunities.
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting; monitor expenditures.
