Crisis24 is seeking an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day protective security operations by coordinating program administration, logistics, and regulatory compliance. You will act as a key liaison between clients, vendors and field teams, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent military experience considered.
• Experience or interest in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations or Crisis Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint; NDA and confidentiality required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor under pressure.
• Willingness to attend training, work odd hours, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients, vendors and teams.
• Coordinate client schedules with ground teams and Executive Protection operations.
• Request, schedule and track agents, drivers and related services globally.
• Support security operation plans, risk assessments and executive summaries.
• Manage travel and logistics for agents, including flights, hotels and vehicles.
• Prepare dispatch confirmations, situation reports and client-facing docs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, logs and internal controls.
• Communicate updates and decisions across teams; resolve issues promptly.
