Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a TSCM Operations Specialist to support Executive Protection, Cyber Risk, and Technical Countermeasures programs. This hybrid role blends field readiness with program execution, including workflows, vendor coordination, and leadership briefings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in security program delivery, strong communication, and the ability to translate risk into scalable, actionable outputs for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience supporting security programs and leading projects.
• Experience in technical countermeasures/ TSCM, information/cyber security operations, executive protection operations, or related security operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for real-time strategic discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and field support including travel readiness and incident response coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate emerging security risks for executive protection and sensitive operations.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths to reduce risk.
• Communicate risk and program value to stakeholders and leadership.
