• Minimum 2 years in financial crimes investigations or equivalent banking experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet SLAs.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume routine investigations related to scams and elder exploitation.
• Review accounts and transactions to identify suspicious activity.
• Gather evidence, document case records, and meet SLAs.
• Prepare and file SARs with timelines and accuracy.
• Escalate matters to VP Investigators as needed.
• Notify Adult Protective Services and regulators when warranted.
• Communicate findings to management and support complex cases.
