Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Security Hardware to lead the global Security Systems and Technology Organization. You will direct hardware and systems for access control, CCTV, IDS, and related platforms, aligning with SpaceX objectives.

You will mentor a global team, drive enterprise-wide projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure reliability and scalability across sites while navigating ITAR and TS/SCI requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level physical security systems
• 5+ years of direct leadership responsibility across global sites
• Proven experience with Genetec, Lenel and Avigilon platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to support global sites
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Systems and Technology Organization and set strategy
• Mentor global Hardware Specialist teams and drive performance
• Develop roadmaps and change plans aligned with SpaceX objectives
• Oversee end-to-end hardware integration for ACS, CCTV/VMS, IDS
• Manage vendors, contracts and large-scale security projects
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/ICD-705 and TS/SCI requirements
