Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security (REMOTE USA) to shape and execute a global security strategy protecting employees, assets, and operations across a multinational environment. You will partner with senior leaders to implement consistent policies, strengthen preparedness, and reduce enterprise risk.

The role emphasizes security governance, crisis readiness, travel risk, and executive protection with a highly visible leadership scope. Remote, US-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.
• Master's degree or advanced professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI preferred.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment and with executive protection and travel risk programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of global security strategies to protect employees and assets.
• Conduct security risk assessments and manage mitigation plans across regions.
• Establish and standardize security policies and operational models globally.
• Support crisis management and incident response planning for major events.
• Define and manage travel security programs and executive protection strategies.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations to ensure security integration.
• Oversee physical security systems, including access control and surveillance.
