Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Global Security to lead a comprehensive security program across a multinational environment. The role emphasizes enterprise risk, threat management, executive protection, and business continuity while partnering with senior leaders to strengthen facilities and travel security.

The incumbent will standardize security practices, drive crisis readiness, and collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to protect people, assets, and operations on a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise security programs
• Master's degree or advanced professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI are beneficial
• Experience in multinational corporate environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of the global security strategy
• Assess and prioritize security risks as part of enterprise risk and threat management
• Standardize risk assessments and ensure effective facility and asset protection
• Support crisis management and business continuity efforts
• Define and implement executive protection and travel security strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations
