Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Role related certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead complex, broader sub functional teams or projects independently.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems with business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills and credibility.
• Ability to influence senior sector members and beyond.
• Respect sensitive client, BCG, and people-related information as confidential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support sector leader in end-to-end development and execution of the sector strategy and annual plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive business development activities.
• Contribute to the sector IP and thought leadership.
• Own and monitor sector budget and report business performance.
• Develop people plan and facilitate implementation with HR across regions.
• Identify and manage affiliates across BCG cohorts and coordinate sector meetings.
• Contribute to planning and organization of client events and sector content on BCG.com.
