Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Senior Manager for Attack Surface Management in Atlanta. You will lead BCG’s enterprise Attack Surface Management service, translating findings into prioritized risk decisions and measurable remediation outcomes across infrastructure, cloud, network, and identity security domains.

You will partner across ISRM, Security Operations, and GRC teams to drive risk prioritization and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with focus on attack surface management or exposure management.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle and risk-based prioritisation.
• Misconfiguration risks across cloud, network, and infrastructure environments.
• Identity and privilege-related attack surface exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, Wiz, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Ability to analyse complex multi-domain risk landscapes and communicate to executives.
• Proven experience leading security teams and driving remediation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Triage Attack Surface Findings (Heart of the Role).
• Review misconfigurations and vulnerabilities across scanning platforms for infrastructure, cloud, network, and identity.
• Leverage AI-powered vulnerability assessment tools to surface high-priority findings at scale.
• Prioritise remediation based on severity, exploitability, blast radius, and business alignment.
• Translate technical findings into plain-English risk narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Drive remediation outcomes and build repeatable playbooks for critical triage and remediation.
