Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to help clients build resilient security programs and risk-aware architectures. You will lead assessments, design strategies, and guide transformation across cloud, on-premises, and product security domains.

You will travel globally as needed and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supporting executive stakeholders with clear, business-focused security guidance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or cybersecurity management.
• BS in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or similar degree.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity assessments, including gap analysis and roadmap development.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and programs.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and security practitioners to drive transformation.
