Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Product Solutions Lead to drive our global commercial strategy for next-generation Search solutions. You will collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams to empower sales reps, capture feedback, and refine our go-to-market approach.

You will shape product narratives, execute commercialization plans, and ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed. Individual pay is determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
• Experience in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product marketing, or digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and operational strategy for global search initiatives, including specialized sales leadership networks and advocacy programs.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from global enterprise and mid-market sales teams regarding search opportunities and seller needs.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with sales teams to support executive-level summits and industry discussions, delivering insights on search trends, market innovations, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Drive seller training programs in close collaboration with Market Intelligence teams to ensure sales reps can effectively articulate our value proposition.
