Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Industry-related courses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment-level communication with customers, carriers and vendors.
• Escalate recurring carrier or vendor service issues to Supervisor.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers, vendors and other Hellmann offices.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Consult with supervisor before non-standard services or pricing.
• Set up and maintain customers in company systems (POA, credit app, billing profiles).
• Ensure CSOPs are developed with Account Management and Sales.
• Process shipments per SOPs, complying with regulatory requirements.
