Job summary

Cognex Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Sales Development & Marketing Technology for a hybrid role based at our Natick, MA headquarters. Expect 3 days in the office and 2 at home as you lead a global SDE team, align ABM/demand-gen efforts, and own the SDE tech stack and AI-driven outbound workflows to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Marketing/Revenue Operations or Inside Sales with leadership in $1B+ B2B tech.
• Experience managing global SDE/SDR teams across regions (15+ reps).
• Deep hands-on experience owning sales development stacks with AI/automation.
• Strong analytics using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global SDE team of 18 professionals.
• Align Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM campaigns.
• Own and optimize SDE tech stack and SLAs.
• Drive AI and automation strategy in outbound processes.
