Job summary

United Airlines seeks a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality, business-critical products. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices to foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

You will track progress against sprint goals, partner with Product Owners and engineering teams, and use metrics to improve predictability and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Servant leadership with focus on empowering teams.
Experience in cross-functional Agile environments delivering complex tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
Ensure delivery transparency and track sprint goals and release plans.
Clarify dependencies and readiness for delivery with Product Owners and leads.
Provide concise updates on progress, risks and changes to delivery expectations.
