Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Process Lead - Global Supply Chain Excellence at our Bridgewater, NJ campus. You will drive end-to-end supply chain excellence, lead cross-functional teams, and champion GMP-aligned process improvements across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

The role requires a decade of supply chain experience in pharma/CDMO settings, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong ERP/MES/analytics skills. Will travel ~25% and collaborate across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• APICS or CPIM certification is desired.
• Minimum ten years of supply chain experience, preferably in pharma/CDMO environments.
• Ability to work across cultures to build teams and drive results.
• Experience in global process ownership or multi-site leadership.
• Strong GMP/regulatory knowledge and familiarity with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across planning, scheduling, materials management and warehouse logistics aligned to GMP standards.
• Establish harmonized process controls and KPIs across sites.
• Host global forums to drive alignment and governance.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma programs to reduce cycle times and optimize inventory.
• Drive ERP/MES optimization for GMP-compliant, data-driven decisions.
• Lead implementation of advanced planning capabilities (capacity modeling, MPS/MRP, finite scheduling, analytics).
• Identify and deploy digital tools to improve process robustness (workflows, dashboards, exception management).
• Be flexible with a mix of travel, on-site work, and some work-from-home as needed.
