Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Process Lead - Global Supply Chain Excellence to drive end-to-end supply chain improvements, GMP compliance, and data-driven decision making across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics. The role involves global collaboration, leading cross-site initiatives and leveraging ERP/MES systems.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, with 10+ years in pharmaceutical supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• APICS or CPIM certification is desired.
• Minimum ten years of supply chain experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or CDMO environments.
• Experience working across cultures to build teams and improve customer results.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support global supply chain processes excellence across planning, scheduling, materials management and warehouse logistics.
• Establish harmonized process controls and KPIs for cross-site consistency.
• Host global forums to drive alignment and governance.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs to reduce cycle times and optimize inventory.
• Drive optimization of ERP (SAP, JDE/Oracle), MES and analytics platforms.
