Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Hoffman Estates, IL, seeks a dynamic Vice President of Molecular Imaging SCM to lead global supply chain strategy across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics and distribution. The role partners with Quality, R&D, Service and Commercial teams to ensure product availability, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SCM software platforms (ERP SAP R3/S4HANA) and data tools like Power BI.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management/operations or production management.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing global supply chains and transformation initiatives.
• Experience navigating supply disruptions and leading recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global supply chain strategy for Molecular Imaging aligned with business priorities.
• Own key SCM KPIs: costs, on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier quality, yield and compliance.
• Ensure alignment between demand, production, supply and inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Service, Sales and Finance to address changes and escalations.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, automation, visualization and digitalization in production.
• Ensure production stand-ups and regular management reporting to HQ.
• Manage personnel and resource planning, process control and capacity planning.
