Job summary

MSD is seeking a summer intern for the Global Scientific Value Content team within Research Labs. You will develop and communicate scientific content, collaborate with Medical Affairs and other teams, and gain exposure to strategic planning and evidence analysis.

You will learn to analyze literature, prepare presentations, and work with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid environment. This internship is 10–12 weeks long, starting May 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the sciences or a related field.
• Returning to school Fall 2027.
• Available to work full-time for 10–12 weeks beginning May 2027.
• Experience conducting literature searches and using published literature in content development.
• Basic understanding of biomedical sciences and ability to categorize literature.

Responsibilities

• Author content aligned to Annual Value and Implementation Plan under guidance.
• Review GSVC materials for relevance and scientific accuracy.
• Engage stakeholders in development, review, and approval of deliverables.
• Communicate availability of GSVC deliverables to cross-functional teams.
• Use approved AI tools to innovate while upholding scientific standards.
