Job summary

MSD is offering a Summer 2027 internship in Regulatory CMC within the Global Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls organization. The program features projects spanning regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical development, with exposure to biologics, small molecules, vaccines, and device products.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in regulatory/pharma sciences; 2 years undergrad or 1 year graduate by June 2027.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May/June 2027; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent academic achievement and analytical thinking; good organizational skills.
• Preferred: GPA 3.5+, MS Office proficiency, experience writing/editing scientific publications.

Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory CMC strategy and global submissions.
• Assist with health authority interactions and regulatory compliance activities.
• Learn about manufacture and testing of drug substances and products, and investigational/regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to post-approval regulatory strategies and cross-functional collaborations.
