Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Collaboration Solutions Enablement to lead the global template for the SCC capability and onboard suppliers for roadmap deployments. The role partners with BPOs, buyers, SRMs, and product owners to map capabilities, grow the global template, and drive deployment with a focus on intelligent, data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with supply chain systems and collaboration platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, S4/HANA, or related ERP and BTP AI concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead deployments in the Supply Chain Collaboration area, including discrete PO collaboration, VMI, consignment, subcontracting, multi‑tier collaboration, and AI capabilities.
• Drive integration of SCC with S4 HANA and expand capabilities using next‑gen platforms and AI use cases.
• Lead workshops, translate business requirements to global templates, identify gaps, and collaborate with architecture teams.
