Job summary

The role emphasizes continuous improvement through lessons learned, with monthly dashboards and quarterly reviews to ensure transparency and alignment with OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or continuous improvement.
• Proven track record in project management, innovation management, risk and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in benefits modeling and data integrity.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with change enablement practices, including training and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from ideation to scale-readiness for global implementation.
• Oversee the project pipeline and active portfolio, ensuring clarity and focus on delivery.
• Develop comprehensive scale-readiness plans, including timelines and risk strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Publish monthly dashboards and quarterly reviews to maintain transparency and alignment with OKRs.
