Job summary

BDI is seeking a Manager, Global SAP Systems to lead strategy, delivery, and operations of our SAP ecosystem. You will drive scalable, reliable SAP solutions across a distributed team in the US and India, overseeing ECC 6.0, BW/BOBJ, S/4HANA Public Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.

You will partner with IT and business leadership to define roadmaps, govern programs, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while optimizing SAP usage across the organization.

Qualifications

• The role requires eight plus years of hands-on SAP experience including ECC.
• Experience leading SAP teams and initiatives is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integrations and enterprise landscapes is needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global SAP roadmaps aligned with business and IT goals.
• Lead cross functional teams across functional, technical, QA, and Basis areas.
• Prioritize and deliver key SAP initiatives with executives.
• Oversee and optimize SAP usage across BDI organizations.
• Manage relationships with private cloud provider for uptime and performance.
• Govern incident, change, and release management processes.
• Lead a global SAP team of 18 resources in US and India.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices.
