Job summary

Ford in Dearborn, MI, seeks an experienced SAP/IT leader to oversee strategy development and STP integration between I-ERP and Synergy. You will manage requirements, prioritization, and delivery of common SAP objects while coordinating with senior program leadership worldwide.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and driving innovation in Source to Pay. Travel up to 10% is expected. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within SAP, including managing employees and overseeing development activities.
• Good understanding of the I_ERP (STP and PTR) business and related IT enablers.
• Ability and desire to keep pace with understanding of the advancing technologies supporting I_ERP and the related IT solutions.
• Strong customer mindset with a strong passion to provide value to the customer.
• Global player who acts successfully and effectively in a global team.
• Highly self-motivated and committed to achieving broad set of objectives.
• Good people/team management skills.
• Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively at all levels within both IT and the Business on a global scale.
• Good time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel, estimated 5-10%

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate IT requirements, support the integration requirements between Synergy and I-ERP (Source to Pay (S2P) and Plan to Report).
• Act as the Single Point of Contact to maintain an ongoing functional Supply Chain relationship across both program leadership teams.
• Support enterprise experiments and pilots that have impact to I-ERP Source to Pay design
• Manage Supply Chain Global customer needs in respect to Synergy.
• Drive IT Innovation and seamless functional integration across programs
• Coordinate technology assessments and relevant technology introductions in the Source to Pay (S2P) area
• Manage common source to pay SAP objects and govern dependencies across all Source to Pay (S2P) functional team
