Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or healthcare regulated industries.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion programs.
• Strong governance, financial management, RAID, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and consensus.
• Refine project management processes for efficiency and quality.
• Establish risk management and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project margins and align with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and support commercial estimates.
