As Package Project Lead 3, you will lead cross-functional teams, engage executives to define scope, refine PM processes, manage risks, and align financial targets while shaping go-to-market strategies for global SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge including Readiness Check, Simplification Items, CVI, Custom Code Remediation, Fiori and Security transformation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and large global ERP programs.
• Strong governance, RAID, and executive reporting experience in regulated life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and align on objectives.
• Evaluate PM processes and adopt best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and contribute to commercial estimates and GTM strategies.
• Coordinate resource allocation and set performance objectives across teams.
• Lead change initiatives and design training roadmaps for adoption.
