Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP data migration experience, including multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti or similar SAP data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures across core modules.
• Proven experience leading large, complex data migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Serve as the primary data migration subject matter expert across multiple workstreams.
• Design, plan, and manage data objects, data loads, and mock conversions.
