Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead global SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades and enhancements. You will oversee project teams, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with client stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in project management, and experience across at least four full lifecycle projects. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Travel up to 50%.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role.
• Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, upgrades, ongoing support).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP landscape issues.
• Practical experience applying SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE).
• Leadership to guide the consulting team and advise the client on strategy and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead global SAP projects including teams, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and assign tasks to team members.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with client stakeholders.
• Motivate and evaluate the consulting team to grow skills.
• Foster team success and collaboration with the end client.
