Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to identify and define user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will engage in coding, create specifications, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will lead SAP integration projects, guide teams, and ensure quality while working with external clients. The role requires 4–6 years SAP experience and travel up to 60% in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; typically 4–6 years SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP integration experience (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, SAP BTP).
• Proficiency designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI mapping requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Strong SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy background.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps; data modeling basics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements, focusing on UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Lead delivery of SAP integration projects and workstreams; manage risk and quality.
• Engage with external clients; run sessions and guide teams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required (40–60%) as needed by clients.
