Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to drive SAP integration initiatives. You will identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, coding and drafting specs to align with business needs.

You will lead SAP projects, manage risk, and ensure high-quality client delivery. The role involves coordinating with external clients, guiding teams, and participating in planning through execution while travel is expected up to 60% of engagements;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP integration tools experience (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, BTP).
• Middleware design: CPI, BTP; APIs/web services (SOAP/REST).
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements; develop UI across mobile, web, tablets.
• Code, program and create specs to deliver development services aligning with business needs.
• Lead delivery of SAP projects/workstreams; manage risk and ensure quality.
• Engage with external clients; lead sessions and workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required (40–60%).
