Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will code, design specifications, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You will lead SAP projects, manage teams, and guide quality solutions with regular client interaction. Travel up to 60% and work within EY's hybrid client-facing model while leveraging SAP expertise across multiple modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years minimum SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP integration tools experience (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, BTP).
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs and web services; data transformation and integration patterns.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Strong SAP integration architecture knowledge; data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP projects or workstreams.
• Identify and define user requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Engage clients, run sessions, and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel 40–60% as needed by external clients.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
