Job summary

mymediset in Freiburg is seeking a seasoned SAP project lead to drive global customer deployments of our medtech solutions. You will manage end-to-end implementations with an agile mindset, coordinating workshops, requirements gathering, and testing while ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.

You will liaise with customers, business units, and technical teams, crafting functional specs, guiding change management, and supporting rollout across regions, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's, in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years SAP experience in logistics, especially in the SD module; additional modules MM & FI/CO preferred.
• Fluent German and English (B2–C1); strong communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer projects and global rollout initiatives.
• Coordinate workshops and trainings; translate requirements into functional specs.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams across implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Manage active communication and change management with stakeholders worldwide.
• Interface with the technical team to create specifications and support SAP solutions.
• Travel approximately 20% during project phases.
