Job summary

Look4IT seeks an experienced SAP EWM Consultant for a remote role. The candidate will analyze requirements, draft specifications, and ensure alignment with developers, while supporting SATs/UAT and end-user training.

5+ years in EWM/warehouse processes, pharma exposure preferred, and familiarity with GMP/GxP/CSV. Initial visit to Mannheim campus required; 24/7 global collaboration possible.

Qualifications

• Senior EWM Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, preferably in pharma.
• Proven experience with discrete manufacturing and MES products.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP and CSV standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Mannheim at project start.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine new requirements.
• Draft Functional Specifications and align requirements with developers.
• Define and execute System Acceptance Tests (SATs) and support UAT.
• Provide explanations of new processes to end-users.
• Support SAP EWM and MES integration in warehouse operations.
