Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with required experience as specified in the posting.
• Advanced degrees aligned with ERP leadership and SAP platforms.
• Multiple pathways acknowledged (Masters, Bachelors, or equivalent with years of experience).
• Experience in large global ERP environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms.
• Drive monitoring, incident, problem and change management to ensure high availability.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and SLAs for ERP service delivery.
• Ensure cybersecurity, GxP, SOX and GDPR compliance for ERP platforms.
• Lead and develop a global team of internal and partner resources.
