Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager of ERP AI Engineering to lead the deployment and expansion of AI-enabled ERP capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms.

You will drive AI initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, and related business processes, partnering with ERP engineering, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP engineering in large-scale environments.
• Experience deploying AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, or workflow technologies in enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and scale AI-enabled ERP solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with ERP engineering, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases with operational value.
• Design frameworks for AI agents, process intelligence, workflow orchestration, and automated decision support.
• Establish governance, observability, monitoring, and controls for AI-enabled ERP processes.
• Oversee production readiness, release execution, and continuous improvement of ERP AI solutions.
