Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Global ERP Operations Lead to ensure SAP S/4HANA stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape. You will lead global ERP run operations and drive service excellence with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

You will collaborate with Solution Leads, Delivery, and Infrastructure teams to modernize ERP operations, strengthen security, and optimize costs while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or extensive experience in enterprise ERP operations.
• Proven track record leading ERP run operations in global organizations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing automation and operational optimization in ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and ERP security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms.
• Drive monitoring, incident, problem and change management for ERP systems.
• Establish AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities for resilience and cost optimization.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and SLAs for reliable service delivery.
• Ensure ERP platforms meet cybersecurity, GxP, SOX and GDPR requirements.
• Oversee access control, patching and security processes.
• Lead a global team of internal and partner resources.
