American Express seeks an analyst to support the international sanctions program within the Policy, Procedure, and Project Management pillar. You will oversee governance, maintenance of Enterprise Sanctions and PEP/Risk standards, and cross-market alignment to evolving regulatory expectations.

The role includes managing sanctions documentation, monitoring developments, and delivering risk summaries. It involves cross-functional collaboration and supporting audits, with a hybrid work setup

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in international compliance, risk, or legal support
• Ability to work across jurisdictions and time zones
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Mansioni

• Maintain sanctions-related documentation and data governance, including version control and record retention
• Monitor international sanctions developments and enforcement actions and prepare regulatory impact summaries
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Control Management, GCO, and regional stakeholders to support cross-border risk alignment
• Coordinate timelines, track progress, and deliver reporting to leadership; support sanctions training and audit activities
