Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
• Certifications such as CAMS or CGSS are a plus.
• Experience with sanctions screening and monitoring systems.
• Experience with regulatory reporting requirements related to sanctions compliance.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve sanctions alerts and monitoring.
• Conduct investigations of potential sanctions matches.
• Serve as SME on sanctions operations across the organization.
• Develop and maintain sanctions policies and workflows.
