Airwallex is seeking a Senior Sanctions Compliance professional to lead global sanctions initiatives as the second-line SME. You will oversee procedures, controls, and escalation processes while partnering with Risk Product and technology teams across the globe.

The role is based in Dallas, TX, with a postional hybrid schedule and frequent cross-border collaboration. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of sanctions experience in fintech or finance, strong knowledge of US regimes, and a track record

Competenze

• 7+ years of sanctions experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of US sanctions; familiarity with international regimes is a plus.
• Experience operationalizing sanctions controls with tech teams and list management.
• Excellent program management and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to assess complex transactions and products for sanctions risk.
• Self-directed with global collaboration across time zones.
