Qualifications

• 8+ years in global sanctions compliance.
• BA degree and U.S. sanctions experience (OFAC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Internal audit skills.
• Continuous learner; stay current with regulations.
• Ability to coordinate activities across groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage global risk and derive governance requirements for embargoes/sanctions and related controls.
• Monitor OFAC notices and regulatory changes; assess impact on Bosch activities.
• Support re-export control processes with emphasis on U.S. laws; improve reporting systems.
• Conduct export audits/health checks and data analysis for risk indicators.
• Act as a contact for business units, central departments, and authorities.
