Job summary

nVent is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will gather requirements, configure features, and collaborate with global Salesforce teams to implement best practices across the organization.

In an Agile environment, you will create epics and user stories in Jira/Confluence, maintain data quality, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure seamless day-to-day administration for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• One or more Salesforce certifications preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a lightning-enabled environment.
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Care.
• Strong teamwork across functions and cultures.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex user requirements into Jira User Stories.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support tactical day-to-day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes and workflows.
• Work with various stakeholders to support and improve the Salesforce system.
• Apply CRM best practices to drive adoption and improve internal customer experience.
• Provide reporting assistance and dashboards building.
• Maintain data quality by conducting data integrity audits and coordinating with data owners.
• Capture requirements, configure new features, and document changes.
• System testing of all changes and updates.
