Job summary

Better Being Co. seeks an International Account Manager to expand international distributor partnerships and grow sales across assigned territories. The role collaborates with distributors and internal teams to develop strategies, launch products, and build brand equity while driving revenue objectives.

The position requires travel, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency with MS Office to support forecasting and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years international business experience.
• 1-2 years international wholesale distributor account management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
• Business language fluency or working ability in a second language preferred (e.g., Spanish, French, Danish, Arabic, Romanian, Korean, or Japanese).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies with international distributors to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for product launches, forecasts, and distributor support.
• Manage day-to-day distributor relationships and provide account management for international accounts.
• Monitor international market trends and regulatory requirements impacting territories.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance analyses for accounts.
