Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced Manager to join our Global Sales Operations & Data Analytics team. You will lead a cross-functional effort with Sales, CRM, Finance, Revenue Management and Commercial Services to drive performance and improve data integrity across global markets.

You will build dashboards, govern Salesforce data, and translate insights into actions that optimize sales efficiency and ROI, while coaching a high-performing team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce for reporting, data quality, or sales workflows.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team and drive operational excellence across regions.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance and Revenue Management to align systems and reporting.
Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance, pacing, and ROI.
Ensure data quality and governance across Salesforce and related systems.
