Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years in international trade, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Proficient MS Office; familiarity with QuickBooks and ERP/inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and Incoterms.
• Verify POs, manage shipment tracking, and inventory logs.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, POs, invoicing, and QuickBooks workflows after training.
• Assist vendor & client services, claims, and RMA processes.
