Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business analytics, international business, finance, or related function.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities involving multiple markets, internal teams, customers, or external partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of processes, and drive resolution in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing commercial, sales, financial, or market performance data with reports, dashboards, KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized pipeline tracking across all international markets with visibility into progression, risks, delays, and gaps.
• Standardize commercial data collection across markets for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for business reviews and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate demand planning, IMS reporting, P&L organization with Finance, rebate and trade tracking, and budget processes.
• Analyze market and commercial performance data and communicate insights to leadership.
• Support Business Development with partner materials, pipeline reviews, and analyses.
• Track contract status and obligations, coordinating with Legal for consistent standards.
• Coordinate with in-market managers, partners, and the U.S. team for consistent reporting and action.
• Support procure-to-pay activities by tracking rebate credits/debits and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Consolidate commercial and P&L information for leadership summaries and internal reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data governance, and cross-market coordination.
