Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst / Commercial Coordinator to serve as the central coordination point for the international commercial business, supporting strategy execution, pipeline management, contract and customer administration, and data governance.

This role will help transition to a centralized operating model, ensuring data, processes, and partner interactions are structured, consistent, and owned internally to enable growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across multiple markets and partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized pipeline tracking across international markets.
• Standardize commercial data collection for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for reviews and decision-making.
• Coordinate demand planning, IMS reporting, and budget processes with Finance.
• Analyze market and performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Support Business Development with materials and pipeline reviews.
• Track contract status and support timely execution with Legal.
• Serve as central point between in-market managers, partners, and US team.
