Remote work is allowed or from regional offices; compensation is performance‑based with a salary range of $103,400–$129,300. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in engineering or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field; engineering background is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction project management and engineering practices is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Professional engineering license a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or engineering drawing review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a dedicated sales team promoting Hishitank products.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with overseas offices.
• Expand distributor network and strengthen partner relationships.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and provide product education across territories.
• Track sales performance and manage budgets to drive ROI.
• Represent the company at national and local trade shows and events.
