Golf Pride, the #1 golf grip brand worldwide, aims to strengthen our commercial leadership team, and the global brand with an experienced sales executive. This position reports to the Golf Pride Chief Commercial Officer andis based out of our state-of-the-art Golf Pride headquarters in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation assistance is available. Up to 40% travel is expected.
You will be the driving force behind our channel strategy across all global markets, including North and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Asia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have the freedom to build and execute a comprehensive customer and trade strategy that aligns with our consumer growth vision. In the long term, you will build a high-performance sales culture, prepare compelling consumer-driven proposals, and thoughtfully assess opportunities for growth in underdeveloped markets. To achieve this, you will partner closely with product management and other cross-functional teams to strategically define and elevate our sales direction, emphasizing the desire for an enhanced consumer and customer experience.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $136500.03 - $200200.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
