  • Build Strong Connections: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients
  • Lead & Empower Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals to achieve and surpass their goals
  • Exceed Targets: Take ownership of sales objectives and consistently strive to surpass expectations
  • Plan & Execute: Create and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our reach
  • Forecast Accurately: Oversee sales and marketing activities and stay on top of reporting
  • Master Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our online training courses to clearly communicate their value
  • Embrace Evolution: Learn from challenges, adapt to market dynamics, and contribute to a progressive team culture
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven professional experience in a senior sales, marketing, or business development role
