One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Leader in New York, Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to help reshape the future of agriculture. As a Sales Leader, you will drive growth by connecting innovative animal health solutions with key players in the dairy industry. You'll lead the full sales cycle—from identifying leads to closing transformative deals—while developing lasting relationships with producers and stakeholders. Working independently yet collaboratively, you'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, turning forward-thinking ideas into practical results.
Accountabilities:
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities with dairy producers and industry partners
- Build and nurture strong consultative relationships based on trust and industry insight
- Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, operating with autonomy and precision
- Educate customers on advanced animal health technologies, overcoming skepticism with evidence-based value
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and campaigns with market needs
- Monitor sales performance, adapt strategies, and stay on top of market trends to ensure success
- Consistently exceed ambitious sales goals with resilience and a results-driven approach
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in dairy, agriculture, or animal health
- Proven ability to close new business and build long-term client partnerships
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills; able to influence and educate
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital sales tools to manage and track performance
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving market conditions
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to the agricultural or veterinary sector
